Adopt a Nursing Home
Residents in senior living facilities have been especially impacted by COVID-19. In an effort to give back to our local community, the team at King Hall is collected most needed items for residents of Morningside House of Ellicott City, delivering them over the holidays to lift their spirits!
Women’s Law Center of Maryland
The Women’s Law Center of Maryland serves as a leading voice for justice and fairness for women by advocating for the physical safety, economic security, and autonomy of women throughout the state. It provides direct legal representation, information & referral services, along with legislative advocacy.
Barrett King has served as board president, and he and Andy Hall remain active members of the organization.

The Howard County Estate Planning Council was founded to strengthen local professional relationships, provide enhanced education, and weave community philanthropic support into the Howard County community. Both Barrett King and Andy Hall are long-standing members.
Huntington’s Disease Society of America,
Central Maryland Affiliate
When Marjorie Guthrie founded the organization in 1967, her vow was to “do something” about this devastating disease. Today her legacy is continued by bringing together communities to provide help and hope to all families affected by Huntington’s disease. Andy Hall is proud to currently serve on its board, and has been since 2017.
Ellicott City Partnership & Business Association
The Ellicott City Partnership is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that works to preserve the heritage and vitality of historic Ellicott City, Maryland while creating and enhancing economic growth. Andy Hall served as president of the partnership from 2013-2016, and remains an active member of the association today.
Howard County Public School System’s Community Advisory Council
The Community Advisory Council (CAC) is an all-volunteer education advocacy group open to all. The CAC provides feedback, insight, and community views to the Board of Education of Howard County (BOE). The Council strives to represent a diverse and wide ranging set of viewpoints.
At monthly meetings, the CAC brings in guest speakers to provide its members with information about initiatives, educational programs and processes. Representatives of the CAC sit on various policy reviews and education initiative committees in order to share concerns, offer constructive solutions, and later provide feedback to the BOE.
Kelly Raynaud serves as Secretary on the 2020-2021 CAC Board.
Mediation and Conflict Resolution Center of Howard County
MCRC, Inc. is a nonprofit organization assuring access to conflict resolution services at the community level. Kelly Raynaud is an active volunteer with MCRC.

District Court of Maryland Alternative Dispute Resolution
The District Court of Maryland’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Office provides mediation and settlement conferences for civil cases pending in many District Court locations. These ADR services are offered at no charge, either on the day of trial or before the trial date (Pre-Trial), through the District Court ADR Program. Kelly Raynaud serves as a mediator with the ADR.
