Biography
Ms. Raynaud is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law where she was a staff editor for the Law Review and a Fellow in the school’s Maryland State Bar Association Business Law Clerkship Program. Ms. Raynaud is a member of the Heuisler Honor Society, the 2016 recipient of the Maryland State Bar Association Business Law Section’s Seven Mandell Scholarship Award, and trained in mediation.
Following graduation, Ms. Raynaud clerked for the Honorable Richard S. Bernhardt at the Circuit Court for Howard County. Since then, she has been a member of the team at King Hall LLC. Ms. Raynaud is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia state and federal courts.
Ms. Raynaud’s background includes a Master of Business Administration degree and extensive business management experience in the financial sector with enterprises such as T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.

Biography
Mr. King is a cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Maryland and District of Columbia state and federal courts (including the United States Supreme Court), and before the United States Tax Court. He has served as counsel and as guardian, trustee or personal representative in estates, trusts and guardianships all over Maryland. Mr. King focuses his practice on guardianship, estate and trust planning/administration and litigation, and estate planning and elder law issues.
Mr. King brings a unique perspective to the estates and trust practice, advising clients on protecting their businesses, using premarital agreements as an estate planning tool, as well as protecting intellectual property and digital assets (including online account information and internet identities) as a comprehensive part of the planning and administration process.
Representative Cases and Litigation
Mr. King has represented Petitioners, Interested Persons and the Respondent alleged disabled or minor child in guardianship proceedings; he has represented trustees, heirs, beneficiaries, and the wrongfully disinherited in estate and trust litigation with disputed issues involving financial mismanagement, lack of mental capacity, undue influence, fraud, duress and forgery. In addition, Mr. King has assisted plaintiffs in personal injury actions, businesses involved in litigation claims, landlords and tenants in commercial and residential real estate disputes, individuals and families in estate and trust planning, and parents of children with special needs seeking to provide for and protect their children via special needs trusts.

Mr. Hall graduated cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law where he served on the editorial board of the American University International Law Review. Mr Pasciuto is an attorney admitted to the Maryland bar who has focused his practice on Estate Planning and Elder Law since 2017. He is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Prince George’s Senior Provider Network. He frequently gives presentations on planning for long term care Medicaid, and estate planning documents all adults should have.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr Pasciuto clerked for the Honorable Nicholas E. Rattal in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. After his clerkship, he worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Charles County, Maryland handling a versatile case load of misdemeanor criminal, traffic, juvenile, and felony criminal cases from 2010 -2014. Following his experience in criminal practice, Mr Pasciuto entered civil litigation where he focused on obtaining benefits for injured workers before the Maryland Workmen’s Compensation Commission and protecting creditors’ rights and other breach of contract/debt collection cases in both the District and Circuit Courts.
Mr Pasciuto currently resides in Anne Arundel County with his wife and two daughters and enjoys playing men’s league ice hockey and guitar in his free time.

Biography
Mr. Martin is an attorney admitted to the Maryland bar who focuses his practice in the guardianship arena. He is a member of the American Association for Justice. Mr. Martin is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Washington College of Law, American University, so that he can better serve his clients.
In law school, Mr. Martin served as an assistant articles editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and the alumni coordinator for the Harlan Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. He also was one of the eight premier recipients of Oklahoma Law’s certificate in international law and has briefed officials from the U.S. Department of State on the status of freedom of expression in India.
Mr. Martin currently resides in Anne Arundel County with his wife. Both enjoy historical fencing with the Society for Creative Anachronism, where Mr. Martin also serves as a deputy branch chronicler.
