Mr. Hall provides representation to businesses, fiduciaries, and individuals in a wide variety of litigation and transactional matters.  Mr. Hall has practiced before the Circuit Court of Maryland, the District Court of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Hall graduated cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law where he served on the editorial board of the American University International Law Review. In addition, he received his Master of Arts in International Affairs from the American University School of International Service. He has worked for Elville & Associates, P.C., in solo practice, for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and the American Society of International Law and has extensive business management experience.

Representative litigation: represented trustees and beneficiaries in trust litigation with substantive issues involving financial mismanagement, lack of mental capacity, and undue influence; represented petitioners, respondents and interested persons in adult guardianship proceedings; represented personal representatives and interested parties in estate disputes involving issues of fraud, forgery, lack of mental capacity, and undue influence; represented plaintiffs in personal injury actions; represented plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract claims; represented employees in employment law claims; represented creditors in commercial foreclosures; represented creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings; represented landlords and tenants

Representative transactional matters: served as outside general counsel to multiple companies counseling businesses on a wide variety of business and employment law matters; drafted and reviewed documents related to finance, manufacturing, technology and service agreements; represented purchasers and sellers in sales of businesses and real property; provided counsel regarding a variety of real property issues; prepared estate plans for individuals and couples
